One hot and one sweet! Hand chopped tomato and jalapeno salsa paired with a sweet mango and pepper salsa.

Ground beef and red kidney beans with crushed tomatoes, seasoned with my own blend of spices.

Grilled golden brown and doused in my own signature hot sauce.

Not your ordinary, off-the-shelf plain burger. This is the burger that turned a vegan into a carnivore. I can tell you the recipe, but then of course, I'd have to kill you. Also available as sliders!
Marinated Sliced London Broil
Marinated 24 hours in wine, soy sauce and other good stuff. Cooked medium and sliced fresh off the grill.
Texas Style Shredded BBQ Brisket
A tailgate favorite! Cooked slow and low and slathered in my own BBQ sauce. Sweet and smokey. Very tasty.
BBQ Chicken
Rubbed with my own poultry seasoning, grilled to perfection and sauced with my honey mustard BBQ sauce. Awesome.
Cajun Chicken Fingers
Strips of spicy grilled chicken served with Parve Ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
Aloha Teriyaki Chicken Kebob
Skewers of baby chicken and pineapple chunks, marinated in sesame teriyaki and pineapple juice. A winner!
