After spending years grilling for a close circle of family and friends and being told over and over how incredible everything was, I decided to hire myself out as a professional BBQ Chef in the Spring of 2008. I had a very successful inaugural season and did lots of parties to rave reviews. I also started a weekly Glatt Kosher football tailgate in the parking lot of Giants Stadium which was attended by hungry Jets and Giants fans for several weeks in the fall and winter.
Barbeque is my passion and I've been deeply devoted to the art of grilling for over 10 years. Proficient with both gas and charcoal grills, I only use the best and freshest ingredients I can find and all of my spice rubs, sauces and marinades are made by hand. The meat is purchased at retail from Glatt Kosher (Bet Yosef) butchers with a reputable hashgacha and the prep is done in a 100% Kosher kitchen. (The prep work can also be done in your own kitchen with your own utensils if you desire.)
